00Introduction & Key Definitions

This document sets out the complete terms and conditions for using the 577bit platform. By registering or using 577bit, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully accepted all of these terms.

01General Terms of Use

The following general conditions must be followed when using the 577bit platform:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Accounts cannot remain active without age verification.
• You must use the platform under your own identity and from your own account — not on behalf of anyone else.
• The platform must not be used for any unlawful activity.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to access another member's account is strictly prohibited.
• Impersonating 577bit staff to deceive others is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 577bit platform — including logos, designs, text, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of 577bit. No content may be used, copied, or distributed without prior permission.

02Account Registration & Management

The following rules apply to opening and managing an account on 577bit:

Registration Terms

• Each individual may only open one account. Multiple accounts using the same IP address, device, name, or payment method are not permitted.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• A valid email address or mobile number must be provided at registration and verified via OTP.

KYC & Identity Verification

577bit may verify a member's identity at any time for security purposes. KYC verification is mandatory before large withdrawals. The following documents may be required:

• Clear photos of both sides of your National ID (NID) or passport
• A recent selfie photo of yourself
• Mobile banking statement or bank statement (if required)

KYC verification is usually completed within 24 hours. Failure to submit the required documents on time may result in a temporary account suspension.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 577bit will not be liable for any losses resulting from sharing your password or login details with others. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact support immediately.

03Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount may vary depending on the payment method.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 to 30 minutes.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment account from which the deposit was made.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Large withdrawals without KYC verification may be subject to delays.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, 577bit may temporarily hold a withdrawal pending investigation.
• Withdrawals are not permitted while an active bonus has an outstanding wagering requirement.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy

577bit complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. The platform reserves the right to report any member whose transactions show unusual patterns to the relevant authorities.

04Bonus & Promotion Terms

577bit offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• All bonuses require wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal. The wagering amount will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Bonuses have an expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days. If the wagering requirement is not met within that period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

Definition of Bonus Abuse

Any of the following activities will be considered bonus abuse:

• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts
• Placing low-risk bets solely to fulfill wagering requirements
• Claiming the same bonus through a family member's or friend's account
• Transferring funds from bonus balance to real money balance

05Betting Rules & Casino Terms

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — except in cases of a technical error.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, 577bit reserves the right to make the final call — either voiding the bet or determining the outcome.
• Maximum bet limits vary by game and level. Bets exceeding these limits will not be accepted.
• If a technical error or display issue occurs in any game, the outcome of the affected bet may be voided.

Sports Betting Special Terms

• Odds in Sports Betting can change at any time — the odds at the moment of bet confirmation are final.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally refunded, though specific conditions may apply.
• 577bit reserves the right to void bets on matches suspected of being fixed or otherwise irregular.
• Strategies that guarantee profit by betting across different markets on the same match — such as match fixing or arbitrage — are strictly prohibited.

06Responsible Gaming Policy

577bit believes gaming should be a source of enjoyment, not stress. That's why we provide members with a range of tools to help them stay in control:

• Deposit Limit: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set.
• Session Time Limit: An automatic logout can be set after a specified period of inactivity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Accounts can be temporarily suspended for a period of 1 to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Self-exclusion option available for an extended period (3 months to permanent).

07Account Closure & Suspension Terms

Closed by Member

Any member may request account closure at any time. Please withdraw your remaining balance before closing. Any active bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon closure.

Closed by 577bit

577bit may unilaterally close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Terms Violations or Fraudulent Activity
• Multiple Account Management
• Bonus abuse or system manipulation
• Suspected Money Laundering
• Providing false or incomplete information
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited. However, any legitimately earned balance will be considered for return on a case-by-case basis.

08Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute or objection, follow the steps below:

2. Please provide full details of your complaint, including supporting evidence and relevant information such as transaction IDs and screenshots.
